Royal Ambassadors had a busy weekend after coming together for the Men’s Retreat at RA Camp Menard and Retiro de Varones at Riverbend Retreat Center.
More than 170 men and boys gathered at Camp Menard for fellowship and fun activities like skeet shooting, archery, a cook off and more. Retiro de Varones held its annual retreat in Glen Rose, where RAs painted cars and raced them for a bit of weekend fun.
“I will Stand Firm,” or “Me Mantendré firme,” from Psalms 37:23 was the overarching theme of the weekend at Camp Menard. What an encouraging word of guidance for young boys and men engaging in God’s word as they navigate life.
