Texans on Mission deployed an initial set of generator, electrical and fuel units to Kenner, Louisiana, near New Orleans, and is readying flood recovery teams to serve as soon as needs are further assessed.
Roughly 400,000 people are without power and dealing with flooding after Hurricane Francine made landfall yesterday in Louisiana.
