Students and parents — 425 of them — from Providence Academy Rockwall came together at Texans on Mission's Dallas headquarters to make First Step hygiene kits, evangelism bracelets and Messages of Hope for those in need. It was the academy's Service Day Project.
"They helped us replenish our emergency stash of First Step Kits since we had just cleared out and sent what we had to California," said Sabrina Pinales, TXM director of missions and discipleship. "They also assembled Gold-2-Gold bracelets and Messages of Hope. It was really special in that students were given the opportunity to invite their familes and serve together."
The kits, bracelets and messages are shared with people ministered to by TXM Disaster Relief and Water Impact.
