The Texas counties along the Rio Grande River are among the poorest in the country. Families living in rural areas known as colonias are struggling, often living in substandard housing. They live in a constant state of crisis.
Christ sees their plight and is calling His followers to share His love by meeting needs in the area. Is He calling you to serve?
Join Texans on Mission to build twin beds for children, distribute Christmas gifts, First Step Kits and blankets in colonias in the Rio Grande Valley. No experience is necessary and ages 12 and up are welcome. We will also be doing some light construction projects in the community. Spaces are limited. The deadline to register is November 13, 2024.
*All adults 18 years and older must complete Ministry Safe training prior to the mission trip.

Cost: $555, including a $150 non-refundable deposit
Texans on Mission will provide:
- Housing (bedding, pillows, towels will be provided)
- Drinks
- Meals
- Snacks
- All equipment and materials needed for project
- Does not include transportation costs to the RGV-Mission
