Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida as a Category 4 hurricane. Winds reached up to 140mph, leaving catastrophic damage in its wake. Surrounding states also sustained massive flooding and power outages. Millions of people are without power across five states and at least 100 people have died due to weather-related causes.

You can bring help, hope and healing in the name of Christ to people who are hurting.

A Texans on Mission Disaster Relief volunteer has been helping churches clean out flooded homes in the area around Tampa Bay, Florida. On Monday morning, a large deployment of Texans on Mission teams left for Northeastern Tennessee and North Carolina, which are suffering from devastating flooding. The teams include:

  • Electrical
  • IMT/Command Center
  • Asset Protection
  • Chaplains
  • Generator/Fuel
