This Heavy Equipment Trianing will be held at Mel Shook's, 21045 Henderson County Road 4202, Chandler. It is specifically for a small group of Texans on Mission volunteers from Tyler. The class will not be open except to those in the immediate or surrounding area or to those who are personally invited. (We have to limit the size of the training.)
TXM Disaster Relief credentials must be current, and all participants must have completed the Basic Chainsaw Training class.

Heavy Equipment Training
Target Audience: Texans on Mission DR volunteers needing certification in Heavy Equipment operation.
This course is an overview of policies and procedures for those wishing to volunteer with a Heavy Equipment Unit. Safety procedures are an important part of this course. After the classroom presentation, there will be a "hands on" section in which the student will be allowed to operate available equipment. Pre-registration online is required.
