Moms do so much. So let’s pitch in and do something for them when they’re struggling.

Everything is more expensive. Gas. Food. Even baby supplies like diapers. It's forcing all of us to make difficult decisions at the store.

But for many expecting mothers, it's a matter of life or death.

A 2022 change in the law made performing abortions illegal in the state. As a result, mothers have surged into crisis pregnancy centers looking for help or counseling as they consider ordering abortion pills over the internet.

Pregnancy resource and relief centers are struggling to keep up with requests for help.

The resources these ministries provide make a significant difference in whether women choose to continue with their pregnancies. Unfortunately, due to the increased number of people coming through their doors, the centers cannot keep up with the requests for help.

"Studies show that more than 70% of women who choose abortion do so for financial reasons," said Jaimie Bryant of the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center. "When we walk alongside these families and provide the essentials like diapers and wipes, it alleviates some of the pressure and allows them to make a decision based on what is in their hearts and not what is in their bank accounts."

This Mother's Day, you can help moms choose life.
